Thank you to all those parents, grandparents and guardians that are following the guidance around wearing masks when dropping off/collecting children. We continue to encourage everyone to wear face coverings to help keep our community as safe as possible.
After changing timings at the beginning and end of the day, and after having lots of positive feedback from parents, we feel that the new times and arrangements are working well. However, there are a few things we ask you to consider at all times as you are moving around the school site and local area. A few parents have contacted us and have felt uncomfortable; please stick to all social distancing guidelines wherever possible and please don’t congregate in groups anywhere around the school site. This includes the crossings on the main Hagley Road.
When dropping off and collecting please come into school as close as possible to the allotted time. Please don’t come early – as close to possible to the allocated time helps there to be the minimum number of people on site at any given time.
If your child has to self-isolate, you can access some home learning by going on the school website here. Click on the ‘Home Learning’ link and choose the folder for your child’s year. The home learning is updated every week and follows what the children would be learning in class.
I appreciate your support and understanding through all of this; we are doing everything we can to keep our school as safe an environment as possible for everyone.
Take Care & Stay Safe
