St Peter’s Church
St Peter’s has a special place in our hearts and our learning. Key stage 2 children enjoy worship led by the Vicar at St Peter’s every month. We enjoy celebrating special festivals there too, such as Harvest and Christmas. At the end of the year our Year 6 children enjoy a celebratory leavers’ service at St Peter’s before moving on to their High Schools.
Children learn in many ways, for example through role playing Christian celebrations such as Christening and weddings. The Vicar teaches children about the special places and artefacts used in worship in the Church. They also come into school to lead worship and support R.E.

If you are able to visit St Peter’s, you will find a warm welcome. Church services vary in formality, though the 10.30am Sunday service is most accessible to families. All aim to help those who attend to worship God and learn more about Him in the person of Jesus Christ. A variety of other activities are on hand to help us all to learn more about God, and to allow Him to guide us and help us in our daily lives. We look forward to welcoming you.
