Unfortunately, due to the current weather conditions, and the snowfall and freezing conditions forecast, we have taken the difficult decision to close school tomorrow (Monday 25th January) for those children who would normally be attending during this current lockdown.
I fully appreciate that this is not ideal, but I hope that by letting you know in advance of tomorrow morning you will have extra time to make any necessary arrangements. Most of our staff live a distance away from school and will struggle to get in and as we are unable to mix bubbles, we cannot put groups of children together so are unable to run without full staffing.
Remote learning will still be available for all children; each class’s learning will be available through the school website.
We will, of course, update you on Monday as to the situation on Tuesday.
Thank you for your understanding.
