Dear all,
Welcome back to a new term and hope that an enjoyable Christmas holiday was had by all.
We had originally planned to hold a Movie night this Friday 13th January, unfortunately we have become aware of licensing regulations and have had to postpone this event. We need to investigate the cost of purchasing appropriate licences’ and how the cost will affect future movie night events.
Our next PTA meeting is next Thursday 19th January 2023, this meeting will be via Zoom.
The agenda for this meeting will be:
- Brief review of Autumn 2022 fundraising events.
- Confirm how funds raised are supporting school projects and discuss other potential projects we can focus our fundraising efforts.
- Confirm dates of future events planned
- Discuss licence costs for move nights events
- A.O.B
