It’s half term! I hope you all have a wonderful, relaxing break and if you’re going away, keep yourself safe. And I hope the sun continues to shine!

A reminder to please make sure that your child’s clothing is fully named. At this time of year, children are beginning to remove jumpers due to the warmer weather and there are plenty that we cannot return to their owners! Thank you.

“Be kind to one another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, as God in Christ forgave you.”
Ephesians 4:32

Forest School
It’s been a busy few weeks in Forest school with reception finishing their 6 week block and Year 3 and 5 having their couple of sessions.
Reception have loved being out in the woodland embracing everything it has to offer. Mud has certainly been popular, along with creating obstacle courses using the trees.
Yesterday Year 5 had their first session and they were desperate to make the most of their time outside and set about creating dens, making up games, getting creative and fully immersed in their play! Whatever age, play is not only an important way to learn but it is also great fun.
Over half term, I shall be holding a family day in the woods, so if you fancy coming along to enjoy forest school together then please book on line via this link.

Many thanks, have a great half term.
