Here we are again, end of another school year. It’s been fabulous watching your children grow and develop and we look forward to seeing more of the same next year. I hope you all have a fantastic summer!
Thank You
As always, staff in school never expect any gifts, but they are very much appreciated. A big ‘thank you’ from everyone in school for your incredible generosity once again.
PTA
Another big ‘thank you’ to everyone from PTA who have supported school with organising, tidying, sorting stuff and helping around school this year. An extra mention for Mrs Elks who looks after the flowers on the front of school. They look great – thank you!
School Dinners in September
Unfortunately, the prices for school meals will be going up from September. We have only raised prices twice in the past 8 years, adding extra from our school budget to help keep the prices as low as possible. We will still be subsidising meal prices, but from September a paid-for school meal price will be £2.65. Reception, Year 1 and Year 2 will still be eligible to receive free schools meals. The ordering system remains the same and next year’s menu will be available to order from early August.
Miss French
Miss French, who has been with us at Pedmore for 2 years, is leaving us to take up a full-time teaching position. She has been a fabulous asset to Pedmore, and will have worked with/taught all of the children at some point over the past 2 years. We wish her all the very best for the future.
Year 6
Today was your last day at Pedmore; you have been a great year group and we want to wish you good luck for your future. We know that if you follow your path, remembering all those lessons and values you have held close whilst at Pedmore, you will go far. Bon Voyage!

Sports Day
Our revised sports day took place indoors, and you can watch some video of some of the children competing below. There are 3 separate videos, in no particular order. Lots of excitement going on!
