Back to a normal 5-day week next week – how odd will that feel?! Hope you all have a good weekend.

Pedmore Thrive

This week’s Pedmore Thrive can be found here. Mrs Robbins has been producing these newsletters for 2 years now…it would be great to get some feedback as to how useful you think they are.

We have spoken to children this week and reminded them of the uniform requirements, especially for P.E. If you are unsure, you can see our school uniform policy here.

Whole School – 98.39%

Reception – 98.57%

Year 1 – 96.23%

Year 2 – 99.52%

Year 3 – 98.27%

Year 4 – 98.27%

Year 5 – 98.7%

Year 6 – 99.13%

“If I borrow a million pounds, am I a millionaire?”

PLEASE be considerate and think about where you park when dropping off/collecting children. We have had reports of parents stopping on zig-zags, blocking drives, etc. which is obviously inconsiderate and dangerous to others.

“Give thanks to the Lord for He is good; His love endures forever.”

Psalm 107:1

Happy News Newsletter

Happy News is a new, free weekly news leaflet for children, reporting a round-up of 5 feel-good, uplifting, funny and inspiring stories from around the globe every week. You can find the latest version here.

Always good to read the pedmore thrive, some very useful thoughts and advice for parents and children to keep us all safe and healthy. Thankyou to mrs Robbins .

  2. Steve Johal

I feel the newsletters are a great form of communication and as they’re kept short, punchy and to the point, a very useful tool.
