Another week, another newsletter! Lots of ‘thank yous’ this week, as well as usual updates and information. I hope you all have a good weekend
Parents’ Evenings
We had two really good parents’ evenings this week; thank you to everyone who made an appointment. Looking to the future (when we hopefully will have more of a choice!), we would like to gauge peoples’ ideas as to what they would prefer for parents’ evenings going forward. There are pros and cons to both types, in-person and virtual, and obviously there will be a mix of responses. We have a simple, quick form which we would ask you to complete to give us more of an idea of what you may prefer for future meetings. Please complete the survey here. Thank you.
Library Books (from Mrs Robbins)
Wow, wow, wow! What can we say? We have been absolutely bowled over by your generosity in sending us new books for our libraries. We have really missed our library, as we had to close it at the beginning of March 2020 and it’s been deserted ever since. The last couple of weeks have seen the library buzzing with activity and we have got there. Our super-keen librarians have been working so hard and have created a fabulously organised KS2 library that children can enjoy once again. The library will open for KS2 children next week! Hooray!

Pedmore Thrive
Here is this week’s Pedmore Thrive Newsletter.
Class newsletters
You can find a copy of your class’s curriculum newsletter here. This will give you information about what your child will be learning this term. These would normally have been sent out a couple of weeks ago – I forgot! Sorry!
Foodbank

Another wow! Thank you so much for your generous donations to our collection for the Black Country Foodbank. We haven’t had any news from them as to how much we have collected, as yet. As soon as we have we will share it with you. Thanks again!
SendHelp
There’s a free online conference called Sendhelp for school SENDCos and parents. If you would like to listen in, there is a booking form here https://forms.gle/FG2a6aEJX7FPsXNr9.
