It’s been a week of Christmassy things in school and we have made sure that your children are suitably excited and ‘bouncing’ ready for you next week! ?
If you have bought one of our Christmas cds, thank you; we hope you have as much enjoyment out of it as we have. It’s been lovely to hear children singing again! If you’ve bought a cd and you would like digital versions of the songs, please email Mrs Perry on hscontact and she will send you the link.
Salvation Army Donations
Wow! Thank you so very much for the donations of presents you sent in for our school council’s appeal. Miss Smith delivered your generous gifts last week. Here is a sample of what you sent in, along with our Year 6 representatives.

Pedmore Thrive
The last copy of Pedmore Thrive for this year contains some great advice on rest over the Christmas break.
St Peter’s Dates Over Christmas

Poppy Appeal
We raised an amazing £231.10 from our recent poppy appeal. Thanks everyone!
Christingle Services in School
Our Christingle service is one of my favourite times in school. It’s a wonderful, reflective time when the candles are lit and the lights are out – every class in school took part in a service this week.

PTA Christmas Raffle
Thank you to everyone who bought a ticket for the Christmas Prize draw – PTA raised over £1,200.00! If you have won a prize, be collect from the office before the end of today (Friday).
Please see an email below from our NHS CCG Colleagues.
“We can reach a lot of our communities via parents. Can I therefore ask you to circulate this to all parents via your normal communication means before the end of term.
This is not just about vaccinating our 12-15 year olds but spreading information about the 100 sites available now for all adults this weekend, in response to the national emergency.
There are also plans to open vaccination centres at Saltwells and Dudley College and more information will follow.”
Thank you
A big ‘thank you’ for all the generous gifts you’ve sent into school for staff. It is very much appreciated, and also not expected. Thank you.
