Year 4 had great fun today making junk models out of recyclable material for our Eco-Day. The children also got to create outfits out of old clothes before parading them as part of our ‘Trashion Show.’
The children had a fantastic day in Forest School today. The children were able to create a dam, compose a talent show, create bubbles and artwork. The children also enjoyed the privilege of having hotdogs and marshmallows round the fire.
Year 4 had a fantastic time at the Book Fair today. The children got to hear different stories about different countries. They were then able to spend some time looking at and buying books.
Year 4 created Tudor houses today in our Wow Workshop. They also added fiery elements to their building in order to recreate the Great Fire of London. A big thank you to the children and parents for their hard work.
As part of our Sound topic for Science, the children explored the use of pitch by making pan pipes using straw.
